Day 4 - Orsay Museum, Catacombes and evening show

  • Morning : guided visit of Orsay Museum.  Built as a splendid station in 1900, Orsay already looked more like a museum than a station. • Afternoon : booked entry to the Catacombes : first they were the quarries the Romans used to build LutĂšce (Paris), then they were used to store all the bones when cemeteries had to be cleared. Very impressive.
